Do I need to provide supplies and equipment?

No.  Elite Home Cleaning brings all equipment and supplies. A customer can supply equipment and products upon signing a release form

What about insurance?
For your protection, all staff at Elite Home Cleaning are fully insured and bonded.  We will be happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request
How do you handle any questions that may arise?

Lori (the owner) is just a phone call or email away.  We encourage open communication with our valued customers.  We work hard for your approval and look forward to continual feedback to help keep our service “Elite”!

How do I pay for the service?

Payment is collected on the day of the clean by cash, check or PayPal. Minimal surcharge will be added for PayPal payments. All major credit cards accepted.

How is the charge determined?

A flat rate will be determined once we meet to go over your specific cleaning needs.

What if I want to give a gift of house cleaning?

How nice!  Just give us a call and we will set you up with a gift certificate.

Can I call someone for a reference?

Absolutely, upon request.

Do any discounts apply?

We are pleased to provide a discount to our new customers.

Do you guarantee your work?

Of course, just call us within 24 hours and we will return to take care of any area of concern.

How do you gain access to my home?

There is no need to be home when we clean.  Many customers provide keys which are coded for your protection.  We can discuss other options to fit individual needs.
